• 2 large cups of sour cream
• Parsley (a lot)
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 sweet apple, minced
• Pinch of salt
• Ground black pepper
• Cayenne powder
• A few drips Worcestershire sauce
• optional: 1 onion, minced
• optional: lemon juice to taste

This sauce goes quite nicely with baked potatoes, sliced carrots, celery, or other dippable foodstuffs. Also it tastes great on rolls or bread (like a spread of sour cream).
