Mango chutney can be used very flexible. Use it as a dip, spread, marinade, or just eat it by the spoon :D
Below recipe will be enough to fill a medium sized pot.
Medium sized pot
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Most of the time goes into preparations.
Once everything is in the pot you can let it cook at low temperature for a while, checking in every couple of minutes.
Cut onion, habanero, garlic, ginger into small pieces
Cut mango into small chunks
Heat the pot and add peanut oil
Add habanero, garlic, ginger and stir
Add onions and cook till they just about start turning translucent
Add sugar
Add a little salt and some pepper
Add mangoes
Keep cooking at low temperature until you like the consistency
