• Pork fillet
• Marinade (eg. Green Pepper/Honey or Mango Chutney/Sage)
• Peanut oil

• Frying pan
• Oven (must be able to run at 60C)
• Baking tray
• Aluminum foil

Preparation is trivial. Cooking takes around 4 to 5 hours but you can hack the planet while that happens.
