When served with a side of veggies, rice, or potatoes, one 1/2kg trout is good for one to two persons.
Oven
Baking tray
Aluminum foil
Sharp small knife
Cutting board
Slice garlic (4 to 5 1mm slices required per fish)
Cut onion into half-rings
Clean the fish from inside and outside under running water
Seasoning (applied to inside)
Wrap fish in aluminum foil and place on baking tray
Put into pre-heated oven at 170C for 15min (check after 10min)
Fish is done when the eyes turn opaque white
